To manage the multi component activities of the Society, following Committees/Sub- Committees and a General Body has been constituted. The Committees are

A.Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee is headed by the Chairman of the Society. Elections to all Office-Bearers of this Committee are held after every three years. This Committee over all monitors functions of the Society including the holding of Public Awareness Programmes/Mass Screening & Free Endoscopy Camps and coordinates functions of all other Committees to achieve the objectives of the Society. The Committee is assisted in respect of office management and maintenance of its record by an Administrative Officer and an Office Assistant. The office staff supplements assistance to Endoscopy, Ultrasonography and Lower G.I.Endoscopy (Colonoscopy/Sigmoidoscopy) teams at the Diagnostic Centre Lal Mandi, Srinagar as well.
